Giving Back to the Community

"You make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give." —Winston Churchill

We have found many ways to give back to the community, both financially and by volunteer work. We feel giving back is our responsibility, not just an act of generosity. It helps us to remain thankful and grounded.

Volunteer work has given us the humbling experience of being part of something bigger than ourselves and our company. We have a better understanding of our community and its real needs by taking an active part in it. Over the many years of giving back, we have learned to be more compassionate, generous, and much better listeners. Teamwork is always a key factor in any volunteer work as well as in financial planning. It's not enough to just live and work in a community; it's important to be part of the community and grow to with it.
