Rena has more than 20 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant as well as in customer service support. She has provided senior-level executive support at such companies as IBM, Trinity Services Group, and, most recently, Revlon.
Rena wears many hats, including customer service support, office procedures, maintaining data integrity, compliance, web design, and network administrator. She also ensures that the office is run efficiently.
Rena resides in Franklin, MA with her husband, Rich and their dog, Franklin. They enjoy spending time with family and friends in MA and traveling to Florida. They enjoy golfing, fishing and walking on the beach with Franklin.
